Manduka Mat and Me

It looks like the yoga mats provided my studio are better than the one I bring from home. My current mat became very slippery and dangerous. In addition to being really worn-off it kinda started to smell. I started to do some research. It turned out to be more time consuming than I expected.

Wow, I though to myself when saw the selection at Amazon. At first, it seemed like there were so many options, I was overwhelmed. Everything was available in countless options, colors, lengths, etc. I decide to narrow it down to my budget. I thought I would spend around $30 maximum.

Then google directed me a very comprehensive resource on yoga mats. It was called “Yoga Mat Reviews” duh. There was a lot experienced yogis behind this page, and they knew their stuff. There was quite a lot of feedback from regular practitioners and their opinions were very useful. I really learned a lot by reading the reviews and comments. I ended up buying the highest rated and most praised mat, simply to avoid any regrets. I bought the Manduka Mat.

I was glad I purchased the Manduka Mat. You can read the review at “Yoga Mat Reviews” here – The Manduka BlackMat overview.

Looks like this mat will last forever. It does a very good job in supporting me, reducing friction and cushioning my skinny limbs. I’m going to write more reviews, as this mat got me very excited.
